I have had James for 3 sessions now for myself and my turbocob, Baggie. I start youngsters and work with behavioural problems for a living but over the years I feel I have perhaps lost a little finesse when it comes to the 'usual' riding and have found myself lacking confidence in my own ability. This is difficult for a professional to hold their hands up to, but James has been absolutely brilliant in building my confidence back up.
He has a kind, friendly approach which makes you feel at ease and he has a way of imparting his extensive knowledge without making you feel like you're being talked at or lectured. My horse also isn't the easiest and does get fizzy and tense, but he helps us work through it very calmly and explains things very well.
